Bulb Technologies and NAGRA Focus on Delivering the Ultimate Connected Home Experience

 

Zagreb – February 23rd, 2022 – Croatian company Bulb Technologies, a regional technology leader in automated technical troubleshooting, digital transformation, and customer experience management and a part of M+ Group (XZAG:MRUL) from 2021, is expanding its collaboration with NAGRA, a Kudelski Group company (SIX: KUD.S) and the world’s leading independent provider of content protection and multiscreen television solutions, by integrating its Bulb Cempresso suite with the NAGRA Scout solution.

This new partnership is a major step for Bulb Technologies and a confirmation of their significant success so far.

Bulb Technologies has helped communications service providers – fixed, cable, and mobile – deliver a superior customer experience while dramatically reducing operating costs. For more than 15 years, Bulb has served more than forty clients across Europe, including operators Deutsche Telekom, A1 Telekom Austria, Telecom Italia TIM, and United group.

The collaboration with NAGRA allows broadband service providers to deliver intelligent home cybersecurity solutions to their subscribers while strengthening customer care with optimized and automated troubleshooting workflows enabled by Cempresso. NAGRA has been providing content and service protection solutions to its broadband service provider customer base for more than 25 years.  Such solutions ensure that content is distributed to consumers through broadcast or streaming solutions and content investments are protected through innovative solutions such as advanced content protection, forensic watermarking, and anti-piracy solutions. With NAGRA Scout, the company is extending its solution portfolio further drawing on its expertise in cybersecurity, IoT, and digital television to deliver an intelligent network security solution that protects consumer’s personal data and connected devices whether at home or away.
