Bulb Technologies has announced today that Makedonski Telekom AD (Maktel), a telecom company in the Republic of Macedonia and part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, has awarded Bulb with its service assurance project.
Bulb, a leader in broadband service management and customer experience solutions, will deploy a central broadband service assurance platform for Maktel, including the Alcatel-Lucent/Motive ServiceView product, as its central Service Management Platform (SMP) for broadband services. Once Bulb deploys the new platform, Maktel will have a sophisticated diagnostics and troubleshooting platform, improving the customer experience and quality of service. As a strategic Alcatel channel partner, Bulb delivers integrates ServiceView products personalized to operator needs.
